SKILLED (MEDICAL) SERVICES
All skilled, medical services will be available under the direction of a licensed physician, with an established physician's plan of care, (POC), for those patients who require skilled nursing and home health aide services.

The RN, LPN, and home health aide, may provide visits twenty-four (24) hours per day up to seven (7) days per week. Scheduled two (2) hour minimum visits are also available twenty-four (24) hours per day up to seven (7) days per week.

ATTENDANT CARE (NON MEDICAL SERVICES)
Services are available for clients who require non-medical care. A written service plan agreement will be established and directed by the designated staff member of the agency. Personal care attendants (PCA), homemakers and companion/sitters may provide visits twenty-four (24) hours per day up to seven (7) days per week. Scheduled minimum two (2) Hour visits are also available twenty-four hours per day up to seven (7) days per week.

OPERATING HOURS:
Normal operating hours for the office will be from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday. The office will close at 4:00 PM; however, extended and emergency services will be available under the supervision of an "on call" nurse.

Telephone calls received between 4:00 PM Friday and 8:00 AM Monday and on holidays when the office is closed will be received by the "on call" nurse.

The above also applies for non-medical clients with one exception. In case the client experiences a medical emergency the client is instructed to call 911.
